TopTec Event Tents is proud to announce that Bryan Bolt, TopTec’s Technical Solutions Manager, has accepted a new position with the American Rental Association (ARA) as the Senior Director, Tenting Solutions. In this new role at the ARA, Bryan will lead the Safe Tenting Standard training program, the association’s newest strategic initiative designed to elevate safety and productivity in the tent and event rental industry.
“I can’t possibly be more thankful to everyone at TopTec for the professional and personal relationships we’ve built over the past 21 years,” said Bolt. “The path forward for TopTec has never been more positive and with the new products and projects on the horizon, I see that moving at a rapid pace.”
Well known throughout the industry, Bryan has been a familiar presence at ARA, MATRA, and ATA events. At TopTec, Bryan has been instrumental in building customer relationships and leading tent safety initiatives – including TopTec’s Tent School, the company’s signature training program – that set a high standard across the tenting industry. His technical expertise, collaborative spirit, and passion for education make him uniquely qualified to lead this new effort at the national level.

To ensure a seamless transition, Davis West, currently TopTec’s Southeast Technical Solutions Representative, will assume the role of Technical Solutions Manager. With more than a decade of experience in the tent rental industry, Davis has worked closely alongside Bryan for more than five years at TopTec.
“I’m honored to step into the role of Technical Solutions Manager at TopTec,” said Davis West. “Over the past several years, I’ve had the privilege of learning from Bryan and working alongside an incredible team. I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue serving our customers in this new capacity, and I look forward to building on TopTec’s reputation for innovation, training, and customer support.”
Before joining TopTec, Davis served as crew leader for one of Upstate South Carolina’s largest event rental companies. His background as both a tent installer and as a manufacturer’s representative gives him a rare, well-rounded perspective that pairs perfectly with his strong customer relationships and proven track record of success.
“Davis has been an integral part of our sales team and is well-prepared to step into this leadership role,” said Ciniglio. “With his experience and commitment, our customers can expect the same high level of service and support they’ve always received from TopTec.”
